A prominent, multinational financial services organization embarked on the largest Pega rollout ever conducted in the U.S. The client needed Pega-certified professionals with at least four years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) using Pega PRPC.
Given the strategic importance of this initiative, a smooth and successful rollout was critical to achieving broader business objectives. However, the client was unable to find qualified candidates in the small town of Columbus.
