Research

Our research led us to the following key insights:

  • Users preferred Online Coaching with learning methods like Pleco for character learning with one on one guidance.
  • Lack of ways to evaluate your growth in specific areas of learning is a deterrent.
  • Providing a learning environment which allows users to learn individually as well as in a group.

Visual appearance

Use of Chinese themed elements in UI enhances the experience and makes it more immersive and delightful. A visual indicator of overall progress in their entire journey also added to keep the user involved.
