We first asked questions with the stakeholders to understand the requirements, product, SWOT, and the business. Second, we mapped competition to find the best practices and opportunity gaps. This helped us create three broad user segmentations, viz;, students, teachers, celebrity teachers.
We have used orange and black in our primary color palette. Orange signifies adventure, youth, and energy. While, black brings sophistication and luxury. It also is empowering color to create multiple emotional connections with the user base. The secondary colors are also used as statuses. Icons are designed using both the primary colors. For basic icons, black lines are used with a solid orange to increase the visibility. The unique element in the basic icons are the broken lines. For dashboard icons, both orange and black are used in the form of line to make it look minimal.
